Oscar's art is Special. He captures people with each brushstroke in a way that hits the viewer directly; it says something that can't be said with words. I believe that's his mission, and he excels at it. Not only is Oscar a talented painter, he is also an attentive observer that listens with his eyes and then gives that gift to us.
